About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Construction Lift Operator to join our team. The Lift Operator will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining construction hoists, elevators, and lifts to move workers, tools, and materials on-site. This role is essential for keeping projects running smoothly and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Operate construction lifts and hoists according to site safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Transport personnel, tools, and materials between jobsite levels. Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks. Monitor lift capacity and ensure safe loading practices. Communicate with site supervisors and workers to coordinate lift use. Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately. Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety procedures. Qualifications: Prior experience operating construction hoists, elevators, or lifts preferred (training may be provided). Certification or license as required by local/state regulations. Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors. Physically capable of performing duties in a construction environment, including working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
